Job Requirements
A Master’s degree in Marriage and family therapy, social work, or other Master’s level educational program in psychology is required.
Current Mental Health Professional Licensure in good standing (e.g. LMFT,LICSW, LP) also required.
A minimum of one year of broad based clinical experience and group facilitation with culturally diverse, low-income and multiple stressor families is preferred as well as experience in diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders
Understanding of the effects of poverty, cultural difference and functional disabilities on people’s ability to obtain quality of life.

MENTAL HEALTH PRACTITIONER
Mental Health Practitioners work with children and adults with mental health disorders, providing individual, group, and family skills training and support in a community setting. You will develop and monitor individual treatment plans, designed to restore the client's personal functioning.
MENTOR
Mentors are responsible for providing professional mentorship and life coaching to young adults who are transitioning out of the correctional system. The objective is to utilize relationship to assist the young adult with problem solving around day to day issues while providing them an opportunity to develop healthy relationships.
YOUTH MENTOR
Youth Mentors are responsible for providing professional mentorship and life coaching to 18- 24 year old young adults who are transitioning out of the correctional system. The objective is to utilize relationship to assist the young adult with problem solving around day to day issues while providing them an opportunity to develop healthy relationships
